With a long history in the marketing field, Alyssa brings much to the table. Her support is second-to-none.  Her knowledge of social media, direct mail design, and administrative detail is what adds so much to the branding and marketing of my listings and ME personally.  Armed with her Real Estate license, Alyssa will from time-to-time stand in for me to show a property to my clients if I am unavailable.  As we strive to bring attentive service to all of my clients, her outstanding ability to connect with people often results in my clients telling me, "They don't need me anymore, just send Alyssa."  Additionally, you may find Alyssa assisting me with an open house.  She is wonderful in welcoming attendees and making them feel "right at home!"  Her talent makes me, AND your property always look their best!

Having joined Colonial Manor Realty in 2022, Theo came as an experienced agent, with years of success already under his belt.  After a decade as one of the area's leading recruiters, Theo took a leap of faith to follow his passion...Real Estate.  Having grown up in the business, often attending showings with his successful Realtor Mom, Theo realized it was truly in his blood.  Having had the pleasure of working with him over the past several years, I realized quickly that Theo has "what you can't teach!"  An innate gift of service, attention, and genuine care for his clients.  He believes that a client who comes in as a "stranger" should leave as a member of his family.  From working with the jitters of a first time home buyer, to the hesitancy and anxiety of a seller who has called one place "home" for decades, Theo is the guy to get you to the finish line, with patience, understanding, and knowledge.

Tom Duncan, "Guy Friday"

Tom is a great guy to have on our crew...he does all the heavy lifting and the "dirty jobs" that are important to the success of our home sales.  Aside from bringing humor and levity to almost all situations, Tom's role is critical in preparing a home to hit the market.  From picking up and delivering furniture for staging, to cleaning out a basement, power washing a roof or deck, to painting the interior or exterior of our listings, we couldn't do what we do without him.  If selling, you may run into Tom, as he also serves as our sign installer.  Many of our clients will come outside to say hello, or to suggest the "perfect" spot to put the sign.  As the owner of his own company, Glen Meadow Services, Tom will often put his twin sons to work for a day, along with his usual crew.  A great Dad, "the boys" are a pleasure to have around, when we are lucky enough to have them join us for a day.

 

Julie Williamson, Photographer

Julie has worked as a real estate photographer with BostonREP since 2020, and has been partnering with Colonial Manor Reality since that time. Her goal is to photograph properties so they look irresistible to potential buyers. In addition to her work as a real estate photographer, she is a fine art photographer and photo educator. She holds a B.A. degree in English from Juniata College in PA, and a Master’s degree in Photographic Studies from the University of Westminster in London, UK. She has a background in higher education and consulting, and brings that client-facing experience to her work in the real-estate industry.  Julie is based in Medford, MA with her husband, young adult daughter, and two energetic dogs.

 

Robin Markowsky, Home Stager

Those who know me know that I am a very visual person. I take the presentation of my listings VERY seriously. We have ONE opportunity to provide a first impression of your home, so it is critical to have it "just right!"  Exclusive to me, and to YOU, Robin is the BEST in the business. Before any photos are taken, and before anyone sees your home, we will come in and determine what has to go, what should stay, and what we will bring in. For no additional fee (in MOST cases), Robin will come in and make your home "show ready!"  Sellers will often comment when they come home after her work, saying "we have changed our minds, now that the house looks so beautiful, we want to stay!"
