Meet My Incredible Support Staff!
Introducing Rick Nazzaro's Support Team!

Bobbie Botticelli, Co-owner
Bobbie Botticelli has been my trusted business partner since 1989, and in
that time, she has become a deeply respected businesswoman in our
community. Known for her strong voice and unwavering dedication, Bobbie is
often seen speaking up at Town Hall meetings, always with the best
interest of our town at heart. Her reputation as a dedicated professional
extends far beyond real estate-she has served on numerous boards, once
coached girls' softball, and was the founder of Reading's Creative Arts.
Bobbie is admired by fellow Realtors and residents alike, for her
integrity, energy, and tireless work ethic. Family always comes first for
Bobbie, with the well-being of our business and the service she provides
to her real estate clients running a close second-if not an equal
priority. Together with her daughter, Alicia Botticelli-Tarasuk, she leads
the Botticelli Team, while she and I continue to manage the day-to-day
operations of our business. Bobbie's commitment to excellence, both
professionally and personally , continues to inspire those around her
every day.

Theo Carmone, Realtor
Email: theocarmonerealty@gmail.com
Phone: (781) 589-4931
Having joined Colonial Manor Realty in 2022, Theo came as an experienced agent, with years of success already under his belt. After a decade as one of the area's leading recruiters, Theo took a leap of faith to follow his passion...Real Estate. Having grown up in the business, often attending showings with his successful Realtor Mom, Theo realized it was truly in his blood. Having had the pleasure of working with him over the past several years, I realized quickly that Theo has "what you can't teach!" An innate gift of service, attention, and genuine care for his clients. He believes that a client who comes in as a "stranger" should leave as a member of his family. From working with the jitters of a first time home buyer, to the hesitancy and anxiety of a seller who has called one place "home" for decades, Theo is the guy to get you to the finish line, with patience, understanding, and knowledge.
I have had the opportunity to partner with Theo, to ensure that our clients receive the BEST possible service. Together, we are a match made in heaven. As a resident of Reading, together with his wife, Francesca, raising two young daughters, Theo is "living" the life of many young, new buyers...and can lead the way.

Alyssa Mieli, Assistant
Email: alyssa@colonialmanorrealty.com
Phone: (781) 589-4931
Alyssa Mieli:
Alyssa wears many hats at Colonial Manor Realty, serving as both a
dedicated administrative professional and the trusted assistant to Rick
Nazzaro. With a real estate license in hand, she brings both warmth and
professionalism to every aspect of her work.
Whether she's managing
day-to-day operations behind the scenes or joining Rick at a bustling open
house, Alyssa plays a key role in the ensuring every detail runs smoothly.
She's sometimes the friendly face greeting buyers at showings, and her
approachable, easygoing nature immediately puts people at ease.
Clients and colleagues alike quickly appreciate Alyssa's helpful
spirit and natural charm. It's not uncommon to hear someone say with a
smile, "Now that we've met Alyssa, who needs Rick?" - a compliment that
speaks volumes about the impression she leaves.

Robin Markowsky, Home Stager
Robin makes everything look beautiful! A trusted friend of Rick's for
decades, Robin brings not only a keen eye for design but a deep
understanding of how to bring out the best in every home. Rick, a highly
visual person, works closely with sellers to determine what should stay,
what should go, and how to best prepare the home for market. He then
partners exclusively with Robin to bring that vision to life-highlighting
key features, setting the right mood, and creating a space that resonates
emotionally with potential buyers.
Robin has a natural talent for
color, pattern and creating functional yet stunning spaces. She
understands that staging isn't just about decor-it's about telling a story
that helps buyers fall in love. Her thoughtful and compassionate approach
makes the entire process easier, especially during what can be an
emotional transition. Robin is sensitive to each client's needs, working
respectfully and supportively as she transforms their space.
With
Rick's guidance and Robin's artistry, your home will be photo-ready and
unforgettable.
Julie Williamson, Photographer
Julie has worked as a real estate photographer with BostonREP since 2020, and has been partnering with Colonial Manor Reality since that time. Her goal is to photograph properties so they look irresistible to potential buyers. In addition to her work as a real estate photographer, she is a fine art photographer and photo educator. She holds a B.A. degree in English from Juniata College in PA, and a Master’s degree in Photographic Studies from the University of Westminster in London, UK. She has a background in higher education and consulting, and brings that client-facing experience to her work in the real-estate industry. Julie is based in Medford, MA with her husband, young adult daughter, and two energetic dogs.

Tom Duncan, "Guy Friday"
When something needs to get done, Tom is the guy who makes it happen.
Whether he's hauling excess furnishings from a cluttered basement,
patching drywall, painting woodwork, fixing storm doors, or installing
handrails for safer showings, Tom is Rick's trusted go-to handyman-and
then some.
As Colonial Manor Realty's sign installer, Tom ensures
every listing starts with a strong first impression. He knows that
attention to detail and professionalism matter, not just the the homes,
but for the entire image of the office and its agents.
You'll often
find Tom working side-by-side with Robin, Rick's exclusive stager,
tackling the heavy lifting-literally. From couches to 10X12 rugs, if
there's something large in and in charge in your staged home, there's a
good chance Tom had a hand (and a strong back) in getting it there.
